CursuriOnline.md presents six courses and individual Zoom mentoring under the ADS Moldova brand. Read the curriculum and benefits on the chosen page. Mentoring is available for any selected course; the package sets time and support.
2. Enrollment and contract
Buttons open a WhatsApp conversation. Clicking, visiting or accepting cookies does not automatically conclude a contract or make payment. Before paying, you must receive full provider identification, a confirmed offer and terms in a format you can retain.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR. Courses have individual prices; mentoring packages cost EUR 500, 900 and 1,300. Payment methods, settlement currency, exchange rate and tax treatment must be confirmed in the written offer. The site does not collect card details and has no active checkout or processor.
4. Delivery and access
Lessons are planned as video with access after payment; sign-in and unlocking are unavailable in this version. Access duration, start date, delivery and support must be confirmed before payment. Mentoring requires confirmation of the course, mentor, schedule and rescheduling. The confirmed offer must specify whether mentoring includes access to the video course.
5. Cancellation and refunds
The audited configuration has no approved commercial cancellation and refund policy. Conditions must be communicated and approved before contracting. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Starting digital-content delivery and any withdrawal exception require legal review and relevant specific agreements; payment is not presented as an automatic waiver of rights.
6. Certificate and outcomes
A completion diploma or certificate confirms completion under the communicated requirements; it is not represented as a state diploma or accredited qualification. Earnings, customers, ad performance and indexing are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on practice and context.
7. Materials and external costs
Materials are used under the license communicated at enrollment, without a presumed redistribution right. Third-party tools have their own terms; the offer must clarify subscription costs and advertising budgets separately. Do not use real personal data in exercises without a lawful basis and safeguards.
