CursuriOnline.md is an ADS Moldova educational project. ADS Moldova’s published contact details and registration number appear below. The independent entrepreneur’s full registered name requires confirmation; a brand name is not a substitute. Use the email on this page for personal data requests.
2. Data and purposes
Vercel infrastructure receives your IP address, requested address, browser and device data and technical information to deliver and secure pages. Cookie choices are stored locally. Only with analytics consent, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure pages, interactions, analytics identifiers and performance. contact_click indicates a WhatsApp click, not a payment, and does not include the message. We do not request card details or identity documents on the site.
3. Contact, enrollment and legal bases
WhatsApp opens with a message about the course; you decide whether to send it. When you contact us, we receive your number or email, display name and communication. Responding and preparing enrollment rely on steps you request; delivery relies on the contract when one exists. Optional analytics relies on consent. Delivery and security serve the legitimate interest of providing a functional, secure service; the operator must document its assessment. Commercial documents may be kept for legal obligations. Contact requests are not combined with marketing consent; no newsletter is active.
4. Providers and recipients
Vercel hosts the site and delivers videos through Vercel Blob. Fonts are served locally without browser connections to Google Fonts. Google Analytics and Vercel analytics start only with permission. WhatsApp/Meta, Gmail/Google and Telegram receive data when you use these external channels. Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, portfolios and tools do not automatically load pixels. The tool directory is educational content, not active integrations. Zoom is the announced mentoring channel without an application integration; arrangements and any recordings must be clarified before a session. In the administrative editor, YouTube previews load only after an explicit load click, via youtube-nocookie.com, which sends connection data to YouTube.
5. International transfers
Global providers may process data in other countries. The operator must confirm contracting entities, locations, processing agreements and applicable transfer safeguards. We do not assume all data stays in Moldova or the EU. You can request safeguards information by email. Contractual confirmation requires legal review.
6. Retention
The cookie choice technically lasts 180 days and can be withdrawn earlier. GA cookies have a documented default lifetime of up to two years, refreshed with use, and the site deletes them on withdrawal. This is not the retention of data already received by Google. GA4 property settings, the Vercel plan, email, messages and commercial record retention require separate confirmation. Criteria are resolving requests, contractual necessity, legal obligations and defending rights; unverified numerical periods are not stated.
7. Rights and withdrawal
Under applicable law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and does not automatically erase data already received by providers. The site makes no automated decisions with legal effects and uses no remarketing.
8. Requests and complaints
Email the address below, describe the request and your connection to the service. Do not initially send an identity document. If reasonable doubts arise, proportionate verification data may be requested. Responses follow applicable legal deadlines. 9. Security and administration
We use HTTPS, resource-loading restrictions and server-side authorization. Administration is not a student account. When configured, passwords are checked using a scrypt hash and signed sessions use an HttpOnly cookie, Secure in production and SameSite=Strict, for up to eight hours. The editor stores local previews without passwords; these must not contain personal data. Technical measures cannot eliminate every risk.
10. Children and future features
There is no public registration, upload, newsletter, checkout or integrated payment processor. Authenticated video access will be implemented separately. Contact us before sending a minor’s data or paying for their enrollment: contractual capacity and legal representation need clarification. No automated age verification exists. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive documents through contact channels.
11. Legal framework and updates
This notice considers Moldova’s Law No. 195/2024, applicable from 23 August 2026. Electronic communications rules, including Law No. 72/2025 and applicable transitional provisions, are relevant to terminal access. Additional GDPR/ePrivacy applicability for the EU/EEA depends on actual activities and targeting. Material changes to optional purposes or providers trigger a new consent version.
