What we build with Zoho.
Zoho brings together several inquiries for business. In the integration exercises we focus on CRM: how a request from the website reaches the person who needs to respond.
How we implement it.

We define useful information
We choose the fields, the source of the contact and the stages through which a request goes. We avoid collecting data we do not need.

We connect the form
We link the form through a suitable integration or API. We map fields and handle errors and duplicate contacts.
- 03
We arrange the tracking
We assign the person responsible and the next action. We test a complete inquiry and check team member access.
